# World IA Day 2012 Video Contest Submissions

Thank you to all participants, people who voted, and locations who submitted videos! 

Congratulations to Ferrán Galindo, the winner of the WIAD video contest, who presented form Panama City, Panama. His talk is called "Somos Conectándonos" ("To be is to Connect") and received 47.5% of the public votes. For his talk, Mr. Galindo will be awarded a pass to the IA Summit, a chance to speak as part the Summit's Flex Track, and an invitation to write an article for a future issue of the Journal of Information Architecture. Congratulations!
